This legal copy is written specifically for this project and explains how workspace data, scan events, and uploaded files are handled.
OrbitQR stores account profiles, workspace content, QR configurations, scan events, and any files you choose to upload into the application environment you control. We use this data only to operate the service, provide analytics, and maintain account access.
When a QR is scanned, the system may record timestamp, IP address, device type, operating system, and HTTP referer when available. This data is used for reporting and abuse monitoring.
You remain responsible for the content linked through your QR experiences and for complying with privacy and consent requirements in your region.
If you move this build into production, you should review retention periods, add your real support email, and connect any third-party processors you decide to use later such as payment or email vendors.
